Document2PDF Pilot is a technologically advanced PDF file converter, capable of converting various file formats to PDF. It also supports Microsoft Word and Excel documents and allows for batch conversions.

How to Use Document2PDF Pilot

When running docpdf.exe, the following dialog will appear:

Click the "Add Files" button to add files to the conversion list, or "Add Folder" to add all supported files from a specific folder.

To remove files from the list, click the "Delete" button or press the Del key.

If the "One-to-One" option is enabled, the order of files in the list is crucial. The page order in the resulting PDF will match the order of files in the list.

Use the "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons to change the position of selected files in the list. You can also drag and drop selected files with the mouse.

Click the "Browse…" button to select a folder where the converted PDF files will be placed.

To set PDF document settings, click the "PDF Settings…" button.

If you click the "Advanced" >> button, prepare to convert the files from the list to PDF documents by clicking "Convert…" (8).

During conversion, a progress dialog will be displayed. After the files are converted, they will be listed in the "Converted Files" (11) list. To open the converted file, simply double-click it.
