How to Use

Adding a New List

To create a new list, click on the "+" button at the bottom of the "My Day," "Tasks," and other existing lists. Rename the new list by clicking on it.

Recovering Deleted Lists

Since your lists are stored in Exchange Online and visible in Outlook tasks, you can recover accidentally deleted tasks in Outlook:

Log in to Outlook with your Microsoft account.

Switch to the email folder list page (CTRL+6) and open "Deleted Items."

Right-click the deleted list or folder, select "Move" > "Other Folder" > "Tasks" to restore it.

Selecting Background Images

Personalize your lists with different background images. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and choose "Change Theme" to select from 5 theme images or solid color backgrounds.
