Suunto App Pairing Instructions

1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and open the Suunto App.

2. On the watch, press and hold the NEXT key to enter the options menu, select "Pair," and choose "Suunto App."

3. A code will appear on the watch, and a "Bluetooth Pairing Request" will appear on the phone. Enter the code from the watch, tap "Pair," and the process is complete.

Once paired, the Suunto 3 Fitness watch will automatically synchronize data to the phone via Bluetooth.

Watch Settings

1. Auto-sync: Press and hold the NEXT key to enter the options menu, select "Connect," choose "Sync," and toggle it on or off.

2. Manual sync: Press the START STOP key to enter the start menu, select "App," and choose "Sync Now."
